Pre-orders

Production of enamel pins is expensive, pre orders are done to help fund a pin.

By pre-ordering a pin,

> you'll be helping a design come to life, which otherwise wouldn't have been possible.

> you'll get the best of the batch (usually A-grades) at a much lower price, since price of instocks are usually higher than the pre-orders.

Price

Please keep in mind that the production cost depends highly on the complexity of design, number of colours used, size and extra accessories (if added). We try our best to lower the cost as much as possible but there's only much we can do.

We have to take in consideration about the currency exchange rate (since India doesn't give the option to hold balance in paypal wallet) and paypal fees as well while pricing a product. For sites such as Etsy, they have several fees (listing + transaction + processing) so the cost is usually higher there.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from India.

Domestic shipping is always tracked, it'll take 10-14 days for your package to reach after we ship out from here.

International customers have the option to opt for either unregistered post ($2) or registered post ($4.5) with additional $1 with every new item in your cart. It'll take 4-6 weeks to arrive at the destination after we ship the product.

Please keep in mind, after we ship out the product, it's not our responsibility if the package gets lost/damaged.

We do not accept cancellation/ refunds. Customers are only subjected to refunds if a product doesn't get funded during the pre order period.
